The last Mega Man game in the original series was Mega Man 8, released back in 1996. The latest issue of Nintendo Power reveals that Mega Man 9 will be released for Wii on the platform’s WiiWare download service.
..But it’s not quite what you may expect…
..Because it’s totally 8-bit retro!
In keeping with the NES style look, the game will include a suitable chiptune soundtrack for maximum retro-ness.
