At the Electronic Entertainment Expo, or E3 as it’s better known, Nintendo showed off Wii Fit, a new ‘game’ aimed at keeping people fit while having fun. When I first heard about the game many months ago, I thought that coupled with the very strong sales of the Wii and the worldwide obsession with Wii Sports, Wii Fit would prove to be a strong seller. Now, having seen the E3 trailer, I’m 100% positive this will be a smash hit.
The software comes packaged with the Wii Balance Board which while looking like a bathroom scale, is capable of registering your balance and posture. This is how the game knows if you are performing each exercise correctly.

Your BMI is also calculated and recalculated regularly, so you can see whether your hard work is paying off!

It’s not all about push-ups and stretching either. There seem to be a number of actual gaming elements included as well such as Ski-jumping, hula-hooping, and dancing.
..And here are some nice people Nintendo paid to pose for them

Hey, this is a good article you got here. Glad to see that you blogged again; I hope you’re doing okay, and sorry that I didn’t get a chance to come online and say hello earlier. I was out, and just got back in. I’d call you, but I think you might be asleep. So take care.:)
